How do I place my order?
To place your order, follow these simple steps:
1.Just select the product along with the size you want to shop and click on the ‘Buy Now’ button (you can add multiple products on your cart).
2. After shopping click on the ‘Place Order’ button.
3. You can either log in to PurpleLoops.com if you have an account with us or simply continue as a guest.
4. Fill the form on the checkout page and click on submit.
How will I receive my order?
We will ship your product through reputed courier services and it will be delivered to you at your doorstep.
How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed, we will send you a confirmation over email from PurpleLoops.com. This will have all the details related to your order.
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

How to check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified. In case of any unusual event which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.
Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using netbanking, Debit card or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection using the most reliable payment gateway.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
2. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days.

What is the Shipping Philosophy of PurpleLoops?

What is the delivery time period?
Orders are delivered within 7 – 8 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
Do you apply any shipping charges?
PurpleLoops.com provides Free Shipping.
PurpleLoops.com wants you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from PurpleLoops. We understand that a lot of you may be buying from us for the first time, and might have concerns around purchasing products whose fit or material you may not be sure of. Our returns policy guidelines takes care of all that. Read on to know more (we want you to know we value you and that’s why there’s absolutely no “fineprint”! ).
1.All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2.Our Quality Assurance team will take the final call on whether to approve or reject a return.
When can I replace?
You can return any products ordered from PurpleLoops.com within 15 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
To ensure that our Quality team accepts your returns, please ensure you take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not affect the original condition of the products in any way.
How long the entire process will take?
Once your return request has been placed, it usually takes about 2 or 3 days to organize a pickup (at the moment, only for Delhi). Allow for about 3 – 4 days for delivery to PurpleLoops.com
In case you are shipping the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier service.
Do I get charged for couriering the products?
We do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us. In case you ship your return product back to us yourself, the courier charges upto Rs 99 would be reimbursed to compensate to some extent the inconvenience caused to you. We request you to provide us the image copy of the bill stating the amount you paid for couriering the old product to my office address. That said, we do encourage you to use our logistics services for replacements as that allows us to track your consignments and process your request much faster.
How will I be refunded for the shipping?
For prepaid orders, the courier charges will get credited back into your account directly and for Cash on Delivery orders, you have to provide us the bank details for the refund.
Can I replace my product for an item of lesser or higher value?
No, your replacement order value should be equal to the return item/s value.
Are there any charges for Replacement?
No, the replacement would carry out without any extra charges.
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money:
1.The product you ordered has a manufacturing defect.
2. You received damaged merchandise.
You can claim for refund within 15 days after you received your product.
How long the refund procedure takes?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order. The expected timelines are as below:

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?
1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary depending on the mode of refund. For queries you can write to us or just give us a call.
Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?
Registering with us does subscribe you to our newsletter. If you don’t wish to receive our newsletter just click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
What to do if I forgot my password?
Just click on ‘Forgot Password’ option and we will send it to you on your email address registered with us.
The item, which I bought, is now available at a lower price. What do I do now?
Unfortunately nothing can be done now. Please subscribe to our newsletter and ‘like’ us on Facebook for latest updates and offers.
Do you accept bulk order?
If you want to place a bulk order please drop a mail to howdy@PurpleLoops.com with your requirements and the concerned team will get back to you.
I want to place an order but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached, as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
No. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any problem with it.
Is there any trial then purchase option available?
We do not have trial and buy option available with us.
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
